Hi, we’re Nick and Deanne Snell. We’ve been married for nearly 14 years. Nick is a youth and young adult ministries director and Deanne stays at home with the kiddos. Nick loves to go on adventures, play the guitar, drum, and piano, be silly with his kids, and disciple others to be followers of Christ. Deanne loves to read, travel, eat good vegan food, spend time outdoors, and connect deeply with God and people.
We have 4 amazing children:
Eden (11) our eldest, loves reading, doing crafts, eating ramen, chocolate, and telling stories. She is our “little Mommy” who is so helpful in taking care of her younger brothers and nurturing them. She is organized, dependable, diligent in all she does, and has an incredible memory. Eden is very faithful to what she commits to and has made us proud parents as she has applied that her relationship with God.
Ezra (9) our first son, loves drumming, playing basketball, and race cars. He is our free-spirited kid who is very creative. He is gentle, tender-hearted, and always looking for ways to help. Suffering a stroke as a baby, he has spent many hours in therapy and has learned to overcome some of his right-sided weakness.
Salem (7), our special boy. Born with part of his 5th chromosome missing and also being on the autism spectrum, he has done many hours of therapy and is continuing to learn how to communicate and develop at his own pace. He loves it when people draw intricate pictures of buildings for him, playing with cars, and going to see carwashes. You can often hear him singing his favorite praise songs at the top of his lungs.
Judah (6.5 months), our sweet baby! He was an early Christmas present to us in 2022. Judah is a very happy baby, smiling most of the time. He is the delight of our whole family and we feel so blessed that God has given us the gift of raising another child for His glory.
